This meal you can’t mess up. It’s simple and easy & a great way to use up any vegetables that are about to go bad. Because I am all about not wasting food 👌🏻🩷
LETS GET COOKING.
ingredients
1 pound of ground turkey
2 cups of whatever vegetables you have. I used carrots & broccoli. But what ever you use chop it up thin 🙂
1 cup of Panko bread crumbs
3 eggs
1 cup of you choice of cheese
(I used cheddar & Parmesan. )
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 375f
Mix all ingredients together and place into a Pyrex dish. You may need to use 2 make about 2 inches thick
Cook for 50-60 minutes
Like I said you can’t go wrong with it. It’s tasty and easy to make.
This is great for a family dinner or a tasty meal prep.
Because next morning with an egg on top of breakfast is my favorite 🤤
