Hey I'm so glad your here for this recipe! It's a meal that is packed full of protein, healthy fat and a complex carbohydrate.
Ps this turkey burger recipe you can use for anything it does not have to be for just this recipe.
Recipe for Turkey burgers
1 pound of ground turkey ( this will make left overs)
1/2 cup panko Gluten Free ( yes get the gluten free it makes them light and fluffy)
2 eggs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon of chili powder
👆🏻all the ingredients above is for your turkey burgers.
Mix together and form into fist size Pattie's ahold make 5-6 patties. Once made splash some worcestershire sauce On top (optional)
I cook mine on the BBQ at 375 for 20 minutes a side
For your bowl makes 1 serving
1 cup arugula
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1/4 cup micro greens
2 tablespoon Feta
Optinal top with Aole sauce or honey mustard
