šŸŒ® Taco cupcakes šŸ§

Taco cupcakes I mean I feel like just the name in general is gonna make you want to eat all that because who doesnā€™t love a taco and who does not love a cupcake. So when we put them together, they make a beautiful baby.

But thereā€™s no cake in there so itā€™s just a cute taco that I put into a cupcake tin.

Now letā€™s talk about how I made them.

What you will need.

Wonton paper

Ground turkey

Taco seasoning or cumin and chili powder

Cheddar cheese

And your favorite salsa

Make sure to preheat your oven to 350Ā°F

Youā€™re going to start by cooking your ground turkey with your taco seasoning in a sauce pan until completely cooked

Grab your cupcake tin and your wonton paper

I recommend giving your cupcake tin a little spray down with nonstick spray or avocado oil.

Youā€™re going to place one sheet of wonton paper and your cupcake tin

Youā€™re done, going to sprinkle a little bit of cheese (about 1tbs) on top of each wonton paper and placed a second wonton paper on top of that.

Once you have your layer of cheese and two wonton papers, youā€™re then gently going to spoon in about 1/4 of a cup of ground turkey, into each cupcake hole. Then going to generously sprinkle more cheese on top of your ground turkey

Youā€™re going to pop this in the oven. And cook it until you see the edges of the wonton paper starts to get crispy and your cheese has melted. Now this goes fast so donā€™t walk away.

7-10 minutes.

Once your cheese is melted, and your edges are crispy taken out of the oven remove taco cupcakes from the cupcake tin place on a serving plate sprinkle your favorite salsa or other favorite taco topping on top and enjoy.

These are perfect for a fun appetizer at a party or a cute family dinner idea.

I hope you enjoy.
