🌱Simple Spinach Mango Smoothie🌱

With the wether warming up I love blending up some tasty smoothies for me and my kids its a great way to take the heat out of the day. Smoothies are also a great way to pack in a tone of nutrients.

Here is one of mine and my girls favorite

Ingredients

  • 1-2 handfuls spinach

  • 1 cup Orange juice or lemonade

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 cup greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.

  • If you don't have a high speed blender, blend spinach and juice and water first until spinach is pureed. Then add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

  • Enjoy immediately.
