Roasted Greek Cauliflower

Do you love cauliflower but need a fun twist on how to cook it this was a great way to cook the cauliflower perfect for the summer an awesome with some grilled chicken on top.


Here’s how you’re gonna make it but let’s talk about what you’re gonna need first

Head of cauliflower

Capers

Olive oil

Sun-dried tomatoes

Cherry tomatoes

Fresh rosemary

Salt

Peper

Fresh garlic


How to prepare

Chop up your cauliflower and two small florists.

Place into a large bowl

Drizzle olive oil on top then sprinkle your salt pepper and minced garlic on top mix cauliflower until completely coded.

And you’re going to place your cauliflower into a Pyrex Pam sprinkle your capers on top as well as your diced up sun-dried tomatoes I used six but you could use more or less. Toss in your cherry tomatoes are used eight you could use more or less.

Sprinkle your fresh meals Mary on top and bake in the oven at 375 for 35 to 40 minutes.


Serve and enjoy and remember this is really good with grilled chicken.
