If you’re in the mood for something refreshing tasteful and something that’s not gonna leave you overly full or greasy, but it’s gonna leave you satisfied and feeling your best. This is going to be the meal for you. It is so good.

I pair these meals with my Mediterranean cucumber salad. You can find the additional recipe for that salad on my blog.

But what you’re gonna need for it is your English cucumbers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, feta, and fresh dill it’s simple and easy

Chop everything up finally and mix them together

But now for the meatballs

You’re gonna need a pound and a half a ground turkey

One cup of chopped red onion

One whole jalapeño chopped up

One cup of chopped fresh basil

1/4 of a cup of chopped fresh dill

Three large eggs

and half a cup of feta

If you want to add in some Panko gluten-free breadcrumbs, you absolutely can to make them a little stickier

instructions. You’re going to mix everything together preheat your oven to 375 grab a cookie sheet or two depending on how big your cookie sheet is.

You’re going to scoop out 1/4 of a cup size mixture and roll into a meatball.

please on cookie sheet

Repeat this until all of your mixture is made into meatballs. You may toss some cherry tomatoes within your cookie sheet to allow them to cook with your meatballs to place on top at the end they are delicious.

Cook for about 45 to 50 minutes

Serve and enjoy
