But of course with this meal, it’s gonna have a twist of what I enjoy keeping it high protein, high fiber, but lower in a calorie bracket so you can see that weight loss.
Depending on your goal and your current movement, every portion size is going to be different so make sure to send me a message if this is something you want to learn more about for your personal goals.
What you’re going to need
2 chicken breasts
1 head of asparagus
3 cups of frozen cauliflower rice
Balsamic vinegar
Coconut amino acids
Brown sugar
Let’s get cooking
You’re going to chop up your chicken breast and thin strips,
Put them in a bowl and let them marinate with some balsamic and coconut amino For about one hour.
You’re then going to heat up a large sauce pan pour in your chicken and allow it to start cooking.
In another pan, you’re going to toss in your frozen cauliflower rice and you are going to chop up your asparagus and add it in. Do not put any oil in the pan!
Allow chicken to fully cook And once it’s cooked, you’re going to sprinkle no more than 1/4 of a cup of brown sugar on top. Allow this to cook down and thicken up the sauce.
Keep your cauliflower, rice and asparagus on high heat allow everything to thaw out continue to stir. It will become a little watery then the water will cook up and your cauliflower rice and your asparagus will be nicely fluffed. You may add a little bit of salt and pepper to this mixture.
Once you’re done, go ahead and plate your portions I recommend putting the cauliflower rice and the asparagus down first placing your chicken portion on top and sprinkling with some everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds.
