Okay this one is simple
Take your chicken breast fillet in half.
Place into a Pyrex dish seasion with salt and pepper a little bit of olive oil and squeeze all the fresh lime juice you want on top there is no limit. But the more the better.
Let it marinate for 4 hours and cook as desired.
I like to toss mine on the BBQ but it will also cook great in the oven.
This is great to toss onto of a slad
its crisp and refreshing.
My favorite salad combo to go with it is
1 cup baby arugula
1/2 apple or cucumber
1/2 thinly slices bell pepper
With 5 oz of chicken
Finished off with a squeeze of lime juice on top.
Glass of white wine optional 😊
