What does a typical day look like for you right now?Have you learned through my page yet that food = fuel.

What you put in is what you get out. If you’re FUELING your body with foods that it knows and can use, you’re going to FEEL good, your body will function BETTER.

Food is nourishment, strive to create a healthy relationship with it not only for you but for your family!

I want you to pay attention what have you consumed today? Write it down track it it only takes 10 minutes to track your days worth of food. Use it as feed back.


Did you know that more than half the population in the United States do NOT EAT enough of their Healthy fats & Micro nutrients aka fruits and vegetables where you’re getting all those essential minerals and vitamins.

Did you know that over half of the population of United States over eight in simple carbohydrates, saturated fats, proteins.


Making sure you have a well-balanced diet is key for your body to run smoothly. So take 10 minutes write down what you have for breakfast, write down what you had for any snacks, lunch and dinner. Also don’t Forget track your liquids and any of those bites off your kids plates this add up too.
