Feta Tomato Chicken

I call this a lazy dinner in the Hewitt house. A meal where i pretty much toss it in a dish pop in the oven and take care of mom life. This is a flavor bomb in your mouth, it was so good last night I needed to write down the recipes.
Ingredients
2 chicken breast
2 cups of cherry tomatoes
Feta
One clove of garlic
Olive oil
Thyme dried or fresh
parchment paper
Pyrex pan
Instructions
Preheat oven to 420
Take your chicken breast and diced them up into cubes.
Line your Pyrex pan with parchment paper place diced chicken on the bottom. Drizzle olive oil on top of chicken
Toss tomatoes on top of chicken
Cut clove of garlic and half do not peel
Place both halves of clove face side up in mix of chicken and tomatoes.
Sprinkle thyme on top and feta.
Place in oven and cook for 35-40 minutes.
I served this on top of a bed of cauliflower rice and it was amazing but you could also do brown rice if you want a complex carbohydrate.
So tasty.
