Crockpot shredded chicken

This is one of those, bulk proteins you can combine to make multiple meals, this makes a tasty chicken for Tacos, burrito bowl, a Chicken salad or a wrap the options are endless.


Lets get cooking!

Grab your crockpot

4 Chicken breast

2 cups of water

Session with your heart with

Garlic

Cumin

Chill powder

salt

pepper

top it off with 3 Bay leaves


Cover and cook on high for 4 hours and then let sit on low for 1-3 ( or until your ready to eat) hours longer for that juicy fall apart moist chicken
