Crispy Potato

OK I’m sure you’ve made potato wedges or potato fries or whatever way you’ve ever cooked potatoes but I’m sure this way is going to blow your mind and going to become your new favorite. It may sound a little weird but I promise it turns out perfect.


This will work with any potato but I grabbed fingerling potatoes for this recipe I love the shapes and the colors that they come in.


Ingredients

Mayonnaise, I use the primal kitchen mayonnaise.

Olive oil

Salt

Peper

Fresh thyme


Instruction

You’re going to cut the potatoes in half place them into a bowl drizzle olive oil salt pepper on top then you’re going to take 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and you’re going to massage the potatoes without crushing them just lightly coating them. Once you have done this you may bake them in the oven at 350*f for 25 to 30 minutes.

Or you can do what I did and I popped them in the air fryer at at 380 for 20 minutes.

Once they’re done place them in a bowl and sprinkle fresh thyme on top and boom enjoy
