When it comes to our busy lives making sure that you have healthy options on hand is very important. But I also understand that not everyone likes to eat the same meal every single day and that is completely OK. So what I recommend is always cooking the larger options in bulk so you can make different meals with them. This is my favorite chicken recipe it’s great for adding onto salads having as a snack with simple pepper or reheating it for those veggies and sweet potatoes later at night😉.
My bulk balsamic chicken recipe is so tasty. And so simple to make. Here’s what you’ll need
Boneless skinless chicken breast
Balsamic
Olive oil
Garlic
Salt and pepper
Fresh thyme
What you’re gonna do is you’re going to fillet your chicken breast so they’re thinner.
Place them into a large bowl and drizzle olive oil and balsamic until they’re all completely coated, make sure to mix.
Once your chicken is coded with the balsamic you’re going to sprinkle on some garlic, salt and pepper and fresh thyme.
Now there’s a few ways to cook your chicken.
I personally like to grill it on my Traeger. At 350 for 25 minutes each side or until fully cooked. But you may also bake it in the oven or cook it over the stove top. What ever you have available.
Once fully cooked save in a glass Pyrex pan in the fridge for your meals for the week.
