Berry-up parfait

Writer's picture: Erika HewittErika Hewitt

A perfect breakfast for a busy family or a sweet afternoon treat.

This took me 3 minutes to make.

It's low in Calories and high in Protein.

Plus the frozen blueberries make it feel like a sweet treat for the kids.

Recipe

Grab a cute glass or a bowl what ever you have around your kitchen

Bottom layer 1/2 cup of Vanilla Greek Yogurt

*1 1/2 TBS granola (I uses Farmers we know gluten free, sprouted cinnamon flax granola)

*1/2 cup of frozen blueberries

*1/2 cup of Vanilla Greek Yogurt

*1/2 Tbs granola

Topped with Frozen blueberries

If you are looking to store in the refrigerator hold off on the granola, when ready to eat toss the granola in.

Please share this with your Family and Friend.

Comment below when you make it and let me know what you think.
