Bell pepper nachos

OK so if you tried my cauliflower nachos, you know how tasty these are gonna be then!

This is a perfect meal for a family night or a big meal prep.


So let’s get cooking

What will you need?

6. Bell peppers.

1 pound of ground turkey

Half a cup of Mexican cheese

2 Jalapeños

Cherry tomatoes

1/2 white Onion

1 can on white or black beans

Cumin

Paprika

Salt and pepper


Take your half of white onion and chop finely cook down until almost caramelized into a large sauce pan then remove place your ground turkey into the same sauce, pan and cook till almost done season with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper once fully cooked add and cooked onion back into the turkey mix

While your turkey is cooking, slice up your bell peppers, not too thin about an inch across.

Make sure to preheat your oven to 350

Place your bell peppers on top of a cookie sheet

Top your bell peppers with your cooked ground turkey

Dump your can of beans on top of your ground turkey

Sprinkle your cheese on top

You may place tomatoes and jalapeños on the tippy top

Place in the oven until cheese is completely melted

Serve and enjoy
