Because it’s important

💩Oh $HIT...YEP I AM GOING THERE 💩 .


A few days ago when I talked about the bowl moments 💩 and I asked in my stories on my Instagram, how may times do you 🤭💩. .

Well looks like the average was about 1 time a day 👏🏻👏🏻 well done. But ..... there was a few that maybe it was 1-2 a week. .


Now don’t worry there is no average or right number a week to go. .

3 times a day to 3 times a week is pretty normal.


Do know this - if you 💩 more often you will feel lighter & less bloated. 😉


HERE ARE SOME TIPS TO GO👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 .

1)Eat cherry’s 🍒 .

2)Drink half your body weight in OZ a day+. .

3)Eat more water based veggies (broccoli, asparagus, bell peppers , cauliflower...)🥒🥦🥕

4)Drink black coffee and go in a RUN 😂😂 just kidding don’t do that. .

5)Intake more natural fiber. .

6)Workout😉 it gets things moving. .


Just remember it’s a good thing to 💩 because all that food you eat needs to get out! You don’t want it to stay inside .
