Artichoke bruschetta

After a beautiful long weekend with the family wrapping up projects around the house. My husband and I were stilling on the porch while our kids road their bikes. I went inside to whip up a quick snack that was the perfect combo of that crunchy and savory paired great with a glass of white wine or unsweetened ice tea.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED

1 loaf of French bread

Cheery tomatoes

Purple onion

1 can of artichoke hearts

Parsley

olive oil

salt and pepper


1-Slice French bread in 1/2 inch slices

Optional Toast them in a pan with olive oil


2- Dice up tomatos , artichoke hearts, purple onion, place in a bow. lightly drizzle with olive oil add pepper and salt to taste


3-Spoon on to you bread and enjoy.
